    Admissions Timeline

    Although we encourage prospective students to apply at anytime, we also advise applicants seeking an F-1 visa who are outside the U.S to apply at least 45 days prior to the first day of orientation. Prospective students within the U.S. may apply up to 7 days before orientation.

    Payments and Refunds

    Full tuition must be paid in full before the first day of ALI classes. If students have a scholarship but do not have a Financial Guarantee, they must pay tuition, and then request a reimbursement after the Financial Guarantee is received.

    ALI does not refund any portion of the application fee. The tuition payment is also non-refundable, unless a student was unable to obtain his/her visa. The student can only request a refund before the program start date. To request a refund, please email us.

    Acceptable forms of tuition and application payment include Visa/MasterCard, wire transfer*, money order, cashier's check, or bank check made out to CSULB.
