    Thomas O'Brien, who was the moderator for the CITT Point/Counterpoint forum “Panama Canal Expansion: The Battle for Jobs and Cargo”  and authored the Proceedings and Analysis for the event, provided an overview and purpose of the Webinar series and presented a summary at the conclusion of the series on June 17.
