For non-CSULB students to receive a refund for cancelled or dropped intersession courses an Application for Refund of Fees must be filed in person at the College of Professional and International Education (CPIE) during regular operating hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Refund amounts are based on the day the request is received by CPIE. All fees are refunded according to the refund schedule.
Refund applications will be made available to students when dropping units. Students should file both a Drop (Registration) form (with the appropriate signatures/stamps when necessary) and a refund application when dropping units in accordance with the refund schedule.
Please note: A delay in submitting required forms may result in a reduced refund.
A refund check issued from the State of California will be issued for registration payments made by check. Please allow 4 weeks for processing. Credit card accounts will be credited for registration payments made by credit card; please allow two weeks for processing. Outstanding obligations to the University may be withheld from a student's refund.
If you would like to receive a refund prior to July 19, 2019, you must fill out an Application for Refund of Fees in person prior to this date at the College of Professional and International Education (CPIE) during regular operating hours of Monday through Thursday, 8 am-5 pm and Friday, 9 am-5 pm.

*Only matriculated CSULB students can drop online. Non-matriculated students must drop classes in person.
