Please note, for service request during the week of December 24, 2018 through January 1, 2019: Students enrolled in classes for Winter 2019 can request assistance by emailing email@example.com or leaving a voicemail message on 562.985.4959. Those accounts will be monitored remotely and ITS will respond to inquiries within 4 hours between the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm, Mon – Fri. Inquiries left after 8:00pm will be responded to the following business day.
